This notice explains how Danxion Group handles information provided through the candidate registration portal. It should be read alongside any privacy documentation Danxion Group publishes elsewhere.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when registering: your name, contact details, town or city, postcode, trade and experience, qualifications and tickets, availability, preferred locations, your right-to-work declaration, reference details you choose to provide, and any documents you upload.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess your suitability for construction roles, to contact you about opportunities, and to present relevant professional information to potential employers or clients where you have consented.
What we share
When we put you forward for a role, we share only relevant professional information such as your candidate ID, trade, experience, relevant qualifications, availability and general location. We do not routinely share your personal contact details or uploaded identity or certification documents with clients.
Document handling
Uploaded documents are stored in restricted storage and are accessible only to authorised Danxion administrators. Documents are recorded as “Pending Verification” until reviewed by our team. Uploading a document is not itself verification.
Right to work
You may be asked to provide appropriate evidence of your right to work in the UK before any placement. A declaration made during registration is not treated as verification.
Retention
We keep candidate records for as long as necessary for recruitment purposes, and update them when you tell us your details have changed.
Your requests
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time using the data request form.
